About the role
A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher complexity stores to ensure consistent execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business
- Ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives
- Own: Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
- Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
- Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
- Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
- Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
- Directs performance and direction of the business in higher volume or more complex environments

- Coaching & development of associates
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures

Qualifications
- Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
- Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Pay
Minimum Salary: $21.50
Maximum Salary: $27.67
