Key Responsibilities
- Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
- Ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
- Owning: Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
- Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
- Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports.
- Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
- Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
Store Leadership Expectations
- Leading and demonstrating company values.
- Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
- Coaching & development of associates.
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
- Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
