PINK Manager-Northpark

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owning: Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.

• Leading and demonstrating company values.
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates.
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
