About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Ensures both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owes: Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Leverages company tools and reports for category-level performance insights.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Directs performance and direction of the business in higher volume or more complex environments.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
