Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales.
• Provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher complexity stores to ensure consistent execution.
• Drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Ensures product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Ensures product storytelling and selling behaviors protect the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Leverages company tools and reports to provide category-level performance insights.
• Maintains sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Manages the talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management, along with the Store Manager.
• Directly supervises PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates, as assigned.
• Leads and demonstrates company values.
• Acts as the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling.
• Executes Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborates with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leads and models behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrates and leads company policy and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
