Pinecrest #13 Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigan’s sanitation policies
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift
• Maintain kitchen area cleanliness ; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc
• Performs assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties
• Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
• Can reach, bend, stoop
• Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions
• Can physically lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift, lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers
• Works in damp, high temperature environment indoors and minimally outdoors
• Works safely with hot plates, pots, pans
• Works safely with sharp knives and utensils
• Support fellow employees as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Completes and passes food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes

Pay

• Five (5) Day Work Week, with Two (2) Consecutive Days Off
• Paid Vacation One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years
• Christmas Bonus after one year of employment (amount equals one week pay)

• Advancement Based on Performance Not Tenure
