About the Role
Perform various functions associated with rolling fiber during routine fiber roll production. The major challenge involves physically handling and controlling the pin on a routine basis in a proficient manner consistent with the speed of the fiber line production. Works in a normal production environment with exposure to temperature changes and communicates with machine operators, department supervisor, and coworkers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Basic computer experience and ability to use a computer in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in with little notice.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Manufacturing experience preferred. On-the-job training is provided.
Pay
Hourly rate: $20.02–$20.78 plus $1.00 shift differential.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM or until finished (2nd shift).
