Pilote / animateur entreprises (H/F) : Les Mureaux
About the role
100 Chances 100 Emplois is looking for a company willing to commit to our program by providing a collaborator for a few days per year to serve as a Business Pilot/Facilitator. This role involves working with the Local Mission of Les Mureaux and the association’s Regional Delegate to federate economic actors, ensure their engagement, and contribute to organizing local initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Federate, engage, and retain partner companies
- Identify and mobilize new economic actors
- Participate in recruiting and retaining employment stakeholders
- Co-organize coaching weeks, interview simulations, and pitch sessions with the employment co-pilot
- Ensure each young person benefits from a mentor or sponsor
- Promote and relay the actions of 100 Chances 100 Emplois
- Contribute to fundraising efforts to support the association’s initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development or network facilitation
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
Schedule
Format: Skills-based sponsorship
Estimated time commitment: Approximately 60 hours per year
Duration: Minimum one-year mission, renewable
Location: On-site at the partner company’s premises
