Pilot Plant Team Leader
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include all.
- Skills: bullet list of skills.
- Benefits: bullet list.
- Pay: paragraph with salary range.
- Schedule: paragraph with Full-time.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Pilot Plant Team Leader
.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use for each section heading, then content:
for prose,
- for lists.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can condense into bullet points but must keep substance. Not allowed to omit details? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That suggests we should not omit any substantive detail. However we can rephrase but must keep meaning. It's okay to combine similar items but not lose detail.
We need to be careful: The posting includes many details; we need to include them all. That's a lot. But we can embed them in lists.
Let's extract substantive info:
From role details paragraph:
- Syensqo is all about chemistry... (the paragraph about magic, etc.) That's fluff but still substantive? It's about company culture. Might be considered substantive. We'll include.

Schedule:
- Type Full-time (from earlier). Also On-site.
We could include On-site as part of schedule or maybe separate but not required.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Apply Apply", "Seniority Manager Work On-site Type Full-time Degree High school Experience 10+ yrs Industry Chemicals Role Manufacturing / Production Materials ..." those are metadata lines; we should fold minor metadata into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short p for location, contract type, etc. But we already have location in About the role maybe. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Let's craft HTML:
About the role

But that's from About Us section. Might be okay. Alternatively, we could use the role details paragraph: "Pilot Plant Team Leader Permanent contract USA - Anaheim, CA, US We are looking for Pilot Plant Team Leader". But we shouldn't repeat job title as heading; but we can include in paragraph. Better to keep About the role as a brief description of the role and company. Let's include location and contract type in a short p. We'll have:About the role
Pilot Plant Team Leader position based in Anaheim, CA, on a permanent, full‑time, on‑site contract. Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play...
That covers location. Now Responsibilities: list each duty as - . We need to ensure we include all responsibilities bullet points. Let's list them: - Leading with HSE practices applicable to chemical and mechanical processing, including SDS use, hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, machine safety, and incident/near-miss reporting, MHA, PHA, MOC, etc. - Working knowledge of thermoset and/or thermoplastic polymer processing, including the relationship between temperature, viscosity/rheology, pressure, line speed, coating weight/resin content, reinforcement handling, and final material quality. - Safely operating industrial/pilot resin mixing, coating/filming, and prepregging equipment for continuous carbon fiber reinforced composites and to troubleshoot process and equipment problems using data, observations, and structured problem solving. - Managing the scheduling of people and equipment against competing priorities and changing timelines, with the judgment to protect safety and quality while meeting urgent customer and development needs. - Supporting R&I scale-up or process development in an environment where formulations, equipment settings, and procedures are evolving rather than fully standardized. - Understanding and implementing formulas, batch sheets, work instructions, process specifications, technical procedures, and engineering drawings or equipment documentation independently. - Coordinating maintenance, calibrations, PMs, etc. - Managing plant logistics for raw materials and scheduling for use of shared assets. - Working
