Pilot Plant Operator - Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining pilot plant equipment to support research and development projects. This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment
• Support R&D projects by providing technical expertise
• Document process parameters and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles
• Experience with process control systems
• Good understanding of safety protocols
