Responsibilities
- Follow the Lead of a Technician in pilot plant campaigns.
- Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment-related challenges.
- Assist the Lead Technician in communicating batch status with the chemist, Ch.D. analytical, and MAS.
- Complete all required training before the due date.
- Participate in group activities such as the 9 AM and 2:00 PM meetings.
- Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
- Attend PSOR Meetings, provide input, and speak up during discussions.
- Follow all procedures, including wearing and using defined PPE.
- Report all incidents (e.g., spills, exposures, cuts, abrasions) to management.
- Conduct all operations and activities with Safety as the #1 goal.
Requirements
- Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
- Possess effective troubleshooting skills for equipment and/or processes.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
Pay
$22.75/hour (maximum).
