About the Role

Follow the Lead Technician in pilot plant campaigns, working with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment-related challenges. Assist in communicating batch status with chemists, Ch.D. analytical, and MAS teams.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training before the due date.
  • Participate in group activities, including 9 AM and 2:00 PM meetings.
  • Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
  • Attend PSOR meetings and provide input.
  • Follow all procedures, including wearing and using defined PPE.
  • Report all incidents (e.g., spills, exposures, cuts, abrasions) to management.
  • Conduct all operations with safety as the top priority.

Requirements

  • Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills for equipment and/or processes.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or Associate Degree.

Location: Ridgefield, CT
Duration: 12 Months
