About the role

Pilots will handle large groups, drive party bikes and other company vehicles when necessary, and perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. Must be available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive party bikes and other company vehicles
• Handle large groups of adults
• Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Provide accurate, consistent Pilot Availability Schedules to local manager

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Ability to lift 70 lbs overhead without difficulty
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car
• 7-year driving history and background check from the Police Department
• Internet connection, computer, and mobile phone (text-friendly)
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
• Experience in the service industry (server, bartender, bouncer) is helpful
• Demonstrated ability to control groups of adults in difficult situations
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay

Hourly pay of $30–$40, consisting of base pay plus gratuity.
