Nosco is looking for a Production Piler for the 2nd shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner, you support production with raw materials and/or work-in-process as required by specific needs and assist with multi-color press wash-ups and press feeding materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
- Set up and operate jogger/aerator asset to meet production requirements per SOPs, related work instructions, and control riders.
- Complete documentation correctly and identify defects from production.
- Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.
- Ensure safety guidelines are practiced and prioritized.
- Assist with multi-color press wash-ups or press feeding when daily work priority list is complete.
Requirements
- Experience with basic cGMP and documentation in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime when needed, sometimes on short notice.
- Commitment to good attendance and team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Physical Requirements
- Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, and reaching over equipment.
- Kneeling, crawling, pulling, and extended periods of standing.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Long periods of concentration.
- Speaking, hearing, and vision are essential to performing job functions.
