Pilates Manager

About the Role

The Pilates Manager serves as the department’s business leader, creating and supporting team culture to drive operational excellence and deliver a superior member experience. This role is ideal for goal-oriented, results-driven individuals who are eager to interact with members and excited to develop and manage a team of high-performing talent.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve monthly and annual department financial goals.
• Ensure the quality delivered through complimentary and paid Pilates services results in continued Pilates engagement.
• Attend weekly club management meetings and monthly meetings with Pilates Instructors.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors to offer Pilates business.
• Organize and participate in club special events.
• Implement and execute all operational SOPs, including administrative duties associated with client outreach and staff accountabilities.
• Collaborate with all departments of the club to achieve interdepartmental synergy.
• Facilitate team meetings to create a positive team culture and promote continuous growth and development.
• Manage behavior and performance of Pilates instructors to maintain a high-quality team that upholds brand standards and expectations.
• Build and manage your own Pilates business while coaching and supporting the team to do the same.
• Act as an active hiring partner and participant in the interview process.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by efficiently scheduling interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Proactively assess and communicate staffing needs to achieve monthly and annual hiring goals.
• Lead the operational and sales components of new-hire onboarding.
• Train and develop new and existing Pilates Instructors to build and maintain their businesses.
• Share and promote Pilates continuing education workshops.
