Piercing Studio Nurse

About the role

A licensed nurse responsible for providing safe, clean, and memorable ear-piercing experiences with a clinical standard, ensuring customer safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform piercings following Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards®, maintaining hygiene and sterilization protocols.
• Create a celebratory atmosphere, educate customers on aftercare, and provide personalized styling advice.
• Monitor customer experience, address issues promptly, and ensure smooth operations alongside the Studio Manager.
• Support inventory management, sterilize jewelry and instruments, and ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Follow safety guidelines, promote sales, and educate customers on additional products and services.
• Train and mentor new nurses, report operational concerns, and uphold high standards of care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals; flexibility to work peak times.
• Open to all experience levels; additional training in pediatrics or ear piercing is a plus.
