About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) in Boston, MA, to provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Delivering compassionate care
- Managing critical pediatric cases
- Maintaining high standards of safety and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- American Heart Association certification
- At least 2 years of recent PICU experience
- Current BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred)
- Ability to pass background screening
