About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) role in Boston, MA. This PRN position involves providing high-acuity pediatric patient care through 12‑hour shifts, with flexible scheduling based on facility needs. Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast‑paced, high‑acuity environments.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Successful background screening
