PICU Nurse - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in pediatric intensive care (PICU) to provide high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and facility policies

Requirements

Applicants must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, have a minimum of 2 years PICU experience, and current BLS & ACLS certifications, with PALS preferred. Must be able to pass background screening. Ideal candidates are confident, adaptable, and experienced in high-acuity settings.

Schedule

Self-scheduling on 12-hour shifts (day or night); classified as a PRN/W2 position.
