PICU Nurse - Per Diem

We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The role involves administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, with a minimum of 2 years PICU experience, and current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred). The position requires the ability to pass background screening and a strong clinical confidence in fast-paced, critical environments. Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill children Monitoring patient conditions and documenting findings Collaborating with care teams Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and policies. Qualifications And Skills Active Massachusetts RN license At least 2 years PICU experience BLS & ACLS certification (PALS preferred) Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Strong communication and teamwork skills.
