Responsibilities
- Assist with daily pickup scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Follow up on pickup status and report delays or issues
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding basic pickup updates
- Assist with pickup arrangements for key customers
- Help handle basic pickup issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain pickup records and update operational information
- Support communication between warehouse, transportation, and other teams
- Assist with daily operational tasks and peak season support
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Pay
Supervisor: $60,000–$75,000 + Bonus
Specialist: $21–$25/hour + 1.5× OT + Bonus
