• Comfortable introducing new players to a sport

What will you be doing:

• Introduce basic pickleball rules and techniques
• Lead simple drills focused on coordination and skill development
• Facilitate non-competitive play
• Ensure all participants feel included and supported
• Cookordination with staff for setup and flow of activities

Why is this job needed/important:

Learning new skills in a supportive setting helps youth build confidence and social engagement while staying active.
