Picking - PIT, Order Picker, LTL

About the role

TileBar is a young tile company founded in 2006, utilizing technology and the web to streamline operations and provide savings to customers. We are a direct importer and retailer of mosaics, natural stone, and porcelain tile, seeking a reliable Order Picker to join our Delanco warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reach truck and electric pallet jack (EPJ)
• Pick products with proficiency and efficiency
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs daily
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform tasks requiring attention to detail and consistent performance

Requirements

• One year of picking experience
• Proficiency on reach truck and EPJ
• Comfortable lifting 70-100 lbs daily
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift frequently
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Two 15-minute paid breaks
• One 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, squatting most of the time
• Repetitive motions including pushing & pulling with hands most of the time
• Frequently lifting 25 to 50 lbs
• Seldom sitting or crawling

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.50 per hour
