Position Details Client: WiproEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $35,000-$37,000 per annumWork Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card holders onlyLocation: On-siteCandidates must reside within 20 miles of the assigned site Available Locations: Lincolnton: 306 N Generals Blvd, Lincolnton, NC 28092Shelby: 705 E Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152Kannapolis: 2420 Supercenter Dr NE, Kannapolis, NC 28083Kings Mountain: 1011 Shelby Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086 Tier 1 - Picking & Packing Services Receive orders through the system and pick items from shelves.Pack and weigh delivery packages and record package weight.Request aircraft/drone pickup when packages are ready.Transport packages to the aircraft pickup location and load the aircraft.Perform daily inventory checks and audits.Report failed orders and escalate onsite/loading issues.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Work independently or as part of a small team. Tier 2 - Picking & Packing Services Manage the daily operations of the Tier 2 Pick-Pack team.Handle team escalations and ensure onsite processes are followed.Support partner success and maintain strong communication with onsite partners.Perform order fulfillment, package loading, and inventory management.Conduct quarterly inventory audits.Communicate urgent issues to the designated Wipro site manager and customer team.Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members.
