Picking & Packing/Inventory

We are seeking reliable and motivated Picking & Packing Associates to support our operations during the busy summer season. This temporary position (with a temp‑to‑hire opportunity) requires standing, walking, and moving throughout the day while accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications
• Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for the full shift
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for the entirety of the shift
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a criminal background check
