Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with receiving activities
• Labeling, packaging, and staging materials for shipment
• Tracking inventory and maintaining accurate documentation
• Using internal systems (ERP/WMS) for order and inventory tracking (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Providing support to other departments and warehouse functions as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive training provided
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or order-picking experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to follow instructions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to demonstrate reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
