Picker

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team in our distribution center located in St. Rose, LA. A role in a Distribution Center means being on the front lines of getting products to our customers with high quality and in a timely manner.

About the role

Scanners and Pickers are incentive pay and bonus positions. These are positions where dedication and hard work pay off—there is no earnings cap. Scanners/Pickers earn on average $13.75 - $18 per hour. A training period is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by scanning, picking, and packing products, or ensuring orders are completed accurately.
• Follow customer-specific instructions and guidelines for assembling orders, such as label placement and verifying quantities.
• Adhere to proper processes and procedures.
• Always consider safety for yourself and others.
• Cross-train in other departments when time allows.
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime as required.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime required).

Pay

Scanners/Pickers earn on average $13.75 - $18 per hour, with incentive pay, bonuses, and no earnings cap. Additional income opportunities through sign-on and incentive bonuses.
