Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and customize products per customer specifications, following work instructions, visual guides, and shipping deadlines.
• Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels per Bosch and customer requirements, and verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
• Record material and component usage; notify supervisors of low stock levels or replenishment needs to avoid production delays.
• Perform visual inspections of products and packaging, identify and report defects or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
• Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.37 - $21.54. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, and job location.
