Picker/ Packer 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a temp-to-hire Warehouse Picker / Packer position in Crossville, offering steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term career potential with a growing team.

Pay

$18 per hour (starting pay $16.50 per hour)

Schedule

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday with mandatory Saturdays. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Label and prepare products for shipment
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–20 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays
