Pick & Pack Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items according to order slips and warehouse location system
• Pick inventory using FEFO to ensure proper product rotation
• Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Apply shipping labels and verify accuracy of each order before dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and cycle counts as needed
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Work extended hours during high volume periods to ensure 100% of orders are shipped on time

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (8 to 12 hours a day)
• Must be able to focus 100% on work and stay goal oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to use basic technology and warehouse systems - RF scanners, tablets, computers
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
• Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with inventory management software
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
• Forklift certification
• Experience in e-commerce logistics
