Pick Exception Clerk

About the role

This is a position primarily in the Picking Department, working and communicating with all levels; Management, Supervisors and Associates. This position investigates Pick Exceptions and SAP procedures to resolve stock issues. Must be able to operate DOCS terminal and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels. This position is critical for detail and accuracy controling inventory levels for SAP. Must be able to effectively work independently. Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours and climb stairs throughout the shift. Must be able to lift cartons weighing 35 pounds frequently.
