Pick and Replenish Operator

About the role

A cross-functional position essential to customer service, warehouse, transportation, and inventory operations (Customer Fulfillment). The Pick and Replenish Operator is responsible for picking all LTL, FTL, and small parcel orders accurately and efficiently. After certification in pick and pack operations, cross-training in replenishment will follow. Replenishment operators verify, stage, and transfer finished goods into correct bin locations for picking and shipping to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick all LTL, FTL, and small parcel orders in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Palletize orders in a stable manner acceptable for shipping.
• Verify through item/product scanning that the product matches the system information (description, quantity, lot, and best-by date).
• Ensure pallet labels include customer name, order number, date, and shipping method.
• Stage all selected orders correctly by shipping method.
• Verify finished goods and transfer them to the correct warehouse locations per process guidelines.
• Perform physical inventory of assigned areas when directed.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Regular and timely attendance with daily work flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills to operate automated equipment.
• Basic math skills (with calculator use).
• Ability to read and interpret weight scales and tape measures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8–10-hour shift with applicable breaks.
• RF Scanner and/or previous ERP system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
