Piano instructor needed in Richmond, TX

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for piano, to teach students in the Richmond, TX area. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, the instructor's home, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach piano lessons to students in the Richmond, TX area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively with the office
• Organized and punctual

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching methods

Benefits

• Set your own hourly rate between $20-$30 per hour

Pay

You would be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour dependent on travel time, your experience/education, and your student retention rate.
