Piano instructor needed in Katy, TX

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for piano, in the Katy, TX area. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, in the instructor's home or studio, or via webcam. The position is independent contractor-based, with pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour depending on travel time, experience, and student retention.

Responsibilities

• Teach piano lessons to students in the Katy, TX area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Ensure all lessons are conducted safely during the pandemic (wear mask, sanitize hands, practice social distancing)

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching
• Organized and punctual for all lessons
• One of the following qualifications:
• A degree in music
• Enrollment in a music program
• Professional performing experience
• Previous teaching experience
