What You’ll Do
- Teach private and semi-private lessons using the B2R curriculum combined with your own expertise and creativity.
- Create quality lesson notes and assignments in the MyB2R App to better keep track of your teaching and encourage at-home practice.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
- Guide students in building skills that prepare them for recitals, open mics, and ensemble participation.
- Engage in curriculum development and specialized learning events.

What We’re Looking For
- College students currently studying music or education, graduates with a music/education degree, or musicians with equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of music theory and technique on your primary instrument.
- Experience working with children or teaching is a plus (but not required).
- Creative individuals who are reliable, positive, and organized and comfortable working with students of all ages and skill levels.
