Piano Accompanist (Effective 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR)

About the role

The Piano Accompanist will assist with choir or instrumental rehearsals, sectionals, concerts, and district/statewide music festivals and competitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR Three years’ experience accompanying choirs, instrumental ensembles, and soloists.
• Sightreading, arranging, transposition, and improvisational skills.
• Sight reading octavo or musical scores at standard musical level 4.
• Willingness to provide own travel between schools and events.
• Available flexible hours of the day, evening or weekends for rehearsals, concerts, and/or festivals.
