About the role
A well-established, full-service law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is adding a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to its trial team. This is a hands-on caseload — you'll manage matters from intake through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, negotiation, and trial, representing injured individuals and their families.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct case evaluation, discovery, negotiation, and trial
- Represent injured individuals and their families
- Own files end-to-end, including direct client communication and case strategy
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing
- Civil litigation experience — plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus, but insurance-defense litigation experience is welcome and directly relevant
- Strong legal writing and courtroom/deposition experience
- Based in or able to commute to the Montgomery County / greater Philadelphia area
Pay
$150,000 - $175,000 per year
Schedule
Hybrid — three days in-office, two remote
