Position Summary
The School of Arts and Sciences seeks applications from a potential adjunct instructor for the Fall 2026 semester to teach the following Physics courses at our Northeast Philadelphia Campus: PHYS-201-P (Lab) Mondays 5:15 PM- 7:15 PM.
Responsibilities
- Teaching of courses in their assigned disciplines
- Maintaining academic excellence in their classrooms
- Responding to email correspondence from deans, coordinators and students in a timely manner
- Providing grades and feedback to students in a timely fashion
- Active and timely use of Canvas, our LMS and CRM, our retention software for student learning and engagement
Qualifications
- The successful applicant must hold an earned academic degree (doctoral or master’s level) in the discipline or a related field appropriate for the contracted teaching responsibilities.
