About the Role
We are seeking board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) with an active, non-probationary state medical license. Candidates should have an interest in geriatrics and be highly collaborative, leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation. They should also be confident in delivering high quality primary care, available to patients, and passionate about their work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations.
- Collaborate with a fully supportive care team to provide outstanding care.
- Lead and participate in care teams to ensure patient-centered care.
- Provide comprehensive care, including addressing both medical and social needs of patients.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates.
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.
- Active, non-probationary state medical license.
