Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a care team
• Provide high-quality primary care to patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations
• Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Be available to patients and address their medical and social needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development through CME opportunities

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Active, non-probationary state medical license

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Confident in your ability to deliver high quality primary care
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved
• Energetic and passionate about your work

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
