Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a care team
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations
- Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Be available to patients and address their medical and social needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development through CME opportunities
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
Qualifications
- Highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
- Confident in your ability to deliver high quality primary care
- Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved
- Energetic and passionate about your work
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
