Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a care team
- Provide high-quality primary care, including addressing patients' medical and social needs
- Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure patient-centered care
- Manage a small panel size to focus on building strong relationships with patients
- Be available to patients and address their needs
- Drive care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations
- Practice medicine in a way that aligns with your passion and values
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Active, non-probationary state medical license

Pay
