About the Role
Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
Full malpractice coverage with tail

Responsibilities
- Manage a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
- Provide high quality primary care, including being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
- Collaborate with a team that may include, but is not limited to, Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team members
- Practice medicine in a way that aligns with the values of the organization
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
- Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
- Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
- Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
