About the role

Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Urologist. Practice Highlights include a unique opportunity to join a well-established general urology practice to care for patients alongside a senior Urologist; the practice’s Nurse Practitioner has clinical duties in outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding. State-of-the-art linear accelerator and brachytherapy program; Access to advanced technology, including the DaVinci XI Robot. Hospital privileges with Riverside Medical Center, a community hospital with 300 beds, has 24/7 anesthesia coverage and robotics. Opportunity for privileges at Rush University Medical Center for high-risk surgical cases and clinical care. Research opportunities and teaching with a faculty appointment at Rush University may be available for consideration.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities include Clinical Duties: Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases. Schedule: Mon-Friday with shared call coverage of 8 days per month with one weekend.
