About the role
Join 3 other general surgeons and 2 APPs in a hospital-employed practice with direct employment.
Practice location: One hospital in Northern West Virginia.
Facilities: Access to 2 da Vinci robots on-site.
Call schedule: 6 days per month; additional call is compensated.
Open to new graduates and experienced urologists.
Academic medical center affiliation.
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with expertise in urological conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in surgical procedures using the hospital's da Vinci robots.
- Assist in training and mentoring of fellows and residents.
- Contribute to research initiatives related to urology.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
- Current medical license in good standing.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in academic medicine is preferred.
