Physician, Urologist

About the role

MaineHealth Pen Bay Urology is seeking a Urologist to join their team in Rockport, Maine. This is a full-time opportunity to care for patients at both Pen Bay Hospital and Waldo Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Treat adults and children with a wide range of urologic conditions including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, male infertility, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, vasectomy, and vasovasostomies.
• Work collaboratively with other physicians, OR team, and support staff in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Mix of outpatient clinic and operating room practice.

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted State of ME medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• EMR Experience preferred.

• Ability to work in both outpatient and operating room settings.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position is $500,934.

Schedule

This position offers a mix of both practicing in the outpatient clinic and in the operating room.
