Physician - Transplant Nephrology
Position Overview
The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center seeks a Fulltime Transplant Nephrologist due to community need and ongoing growth. The position involves joining the expanding kidney transplant program and leading the medical aspects of the program.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have a doctoral degree (MD or equivalent) and Transplant Fellowship training or relevant clinical transplant experience. They must also be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified/Eligible in Nephrology.
Responsibilities
- Joining the existing Transplant Nephrologist supervising medical aspects of the expanding kidney transplant program.
- Leading the medical aspects of the expanding kidney transplant program.
- Full-time faculty appointment at the University of Oklahoma at rank commensurate with experience.
- Joining the existing Nephrology Section, which is active in all aspects of nephrology.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (MD or equivalent)
- Transplant Fellowship training or relevant clinical transplant experience
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified/Eligible in Nephrology
