Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and mentorship to surgical critical care fellows
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Surgical Critical Care Fellowship completed
- Leadership experience at a major trauma center
- Board certification or eligibility
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
