About The Position

Physicians at select locations receive an additional 15% pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care that may include treatment related to: Routine Preventative Care, Chronic disease management and education, Public Health, Addiction Medicine, HIV/HCV Care
• Access to the tools needed for successful delivery of care, including: Expansive Drug Formulary, Comprehensive Care Guides, Referrals to Specialty Care and Services, Strong Nursing Teams, Expansive Allied Health Services

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• CA Medical License
• IM/FP Certification
