About the role
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician
- New and experienced Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Med-Peds physicians are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care and chronic disease management, to a diverse patient population.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists, to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
