About the role
Rocky Mountain Senior Care is the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado with 100+ physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants covering 700+ assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care facilities and group homes from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, with Denver in the middle. The practice philosophy lets you determine your work/lifestyle balance, and you will be challenged by a wide spectrum of pathology across these facilities, testing all your clinical skills. We are seeking a full‑time or part‑time Physician to join our team in Denver, with an operational and incentive model that rewards entrepreneurial clinicians who value efficiency, quality, and high compensation for their efforts.
Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
- Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
Pay
- Target base salary: $275,000 + (wRVU income structure uncapped, earnings potential well above stated amount)
- Call compensation: Weekday $200.00, Weekend $275.00, Holidays $300.00
Schedule
Call is scheduled every other month, with flexibility to trade, take call, or take others’ call as you prefer.
